Community Volunteering

At Community Direct LLC, we let our residents volunteer to help run groups, help individuals with their discharge plans, or help individuals find community supports, and more. Volunteering is a rewarding way to give back to those who are currently struggling. Volunteering is a long-term commitment. Volunteers set their own schedules and can be as little as twice a month or daily. Volunteers can be those with mental health or substance abuse concerns but are in recovery but especially those individuals who have a passion for helping others.

Community Direct LLC offers mental health counseling services for all its residents. The duration and frequency of our counseling services vary on each resident’s treatment plan. Moreover, counseling may occur individually or in a group setting. Counseling is also available to residents who wish to have their families participate. Counseling topics can vary from person to person. It depends on individual treatment plans and goals and will be provided by our licensed counselors.

Personal Care

Self-care is any activity we do to take care of our personal needs and well-being. It is vital to our mental and overall health. But for those with mental health problems, it may be something they frequently neglect to practice. We must take the time to do things for their well-being. Grace View Behavioral Health will attend to their personal care needs so that they can feel and be at their best.
